My checks are printing in double sided mode.

When selecting bills for payment, Sage will print them double sided. I can exit and start over then use the printer properties to change it from 2 sided to single sided. Program will then freeze. Have to do a ctrl-alt-delete to clear the frozen program. If I use a different login there is not an issue. I am using Sage 50 Premium desktop with Windows 11.

  • The system requirements for Sage 50 do not include Windows 11.  Just saying.

  • Sage 50 does not have any internal printing settings for its forms. The problem is coming from either your Windows profile, or a damaged print driver or print driver settings. We would be happy to assist you with reviewing this and helping you find a solution. Windows 11 is not your problem, as I, as well as many of my clients, are using Windows 11 with Sage 50, even though it's not currently listed as a compatible operating system.
