Missing Forms since upgrading to Sage 50 2022

We upgraded our Sage 50 to the latest version 2022 and now all of my customized forms have disappeared. How can I get these back? Help!!!

Who did your upgrade? Ask them for the Forms file or drag you old forms folder into your new Sage 50
