My employee W2 are printing with the incorrect Locality name (Box 20)  I have several school taxes and it is printing the same locality name for all the employees who paid tax.  Did I set something up incorrectly to begin with or is there a way to change it before the W-2's are sent out?

    The Sage 50 W2 Forms only support one Locality per Employee. While the Employee's themselves can pay taxes into multiple Localities, there is only one box for Local Taxes on the W2 Forms. Try using Box 14 for the additional Local Tax Entities, but check with your CPA first to confirm that this is where they would like for you to put this information.
