The Sage 50 Shared Data Path for that workstation is not the same as the other two, hence that workstation is looking at a different Forms folder. You can find the Sage 50 Shared Data Path for that workstation by going into that workstation's C drive, and then ProgramData, and then Sage, and then Peachtree, and then double click on the associated INI file, i.e. Peachtree280. The DATAPATH will be shown approximately 2 inches down from the top, on a line that doesn't start with a semi colon. Compare this to your other workstations and change appropriately. Your other option, although not recommended, is to drop a copy of the designed form into the Forms folder that the workstation is using.
