Are you using Aatrix or are you using the vendor portion of the program?

Aatrix will use the 3 part form and they are blank forms.   I am not sure about the vendor section but we can design the form layout like we did last year if Sage does not provide it.

We sold the layout last year for $25 but gave our clients a $25 credit toward a future purchase of Checks Forms or Programs from Best Business Strategies.  We have great prices.  1000 checks are now only $152.00 on new orders.

I'm using the vendor portion of the program. I checked from the Sage Checks and Forms and there is no available pre-printed forms for 1099 NEC 2 part.

We are not using the Payroll Module of Sage for this particular company. Aatrix is available only in payroll with e-filing, isn't?

Yes, you are correct.  You cannot purchase Aatrix without payroll.  If you want to purchase the traditional forms or Template, please do so here: www.bestbusinessstrategies.com/.../sage50NECtemp  or purchase from PCO (termerins)
