We can't print w-2s for 2020. We have downloaded everything that the system has told us to do and we still can't even bring them up to view. We can go to the reports and forms and bring up the 2020W2 option and we tell it to print W-2s for all or even a specific employee but it acts like its downloading them and then it goes to nothing and start backs at the beginning. Please help, been working on this for hours.  Thank you
