Did you check the typical culprits. Is your popup blocker off on the server, firewall allowing this particular popup, etc? Our office had the same issue. I didn't try my suggestions on the server. I just printed them from a network computer and kept it moving.

Yes, I too have many companies. Performed the rename procedure and got running two weeks ago. NOW, with same companies the 941's will not load again.

Let's be frank here..... this garbage is causing many people many many hours and hundreds of dollars in lost productivity at a time when those hours are just not available. I run a CPA firm with Sage 50 clients and other competitive programs. This thing does not exist in other programs, only the Aatrix add-in to SAGE.

Call the wife, it'll be mid-night again ........... been with Peachtree/Sage for 30+ years .... not happy here not at all  !!!!!

it's so frustrating, especially at this time of year, when you don't want to print w2s, until reconciled with all 4 941s and Suta reports.. and ...boom you have to close the company, go to file directory.. search for the company... rename it,,,, and then go do what your intentions were initially... print a simple 941.
