Automatic sign off is not a feature of the new program. If it is, someone forgot to share it with me. We actually worked with another client that had the same issue with a 2019 program and we were able to run a data repair to fix her issue.  There is a fee for this service.  If you are interested in learning more, please feel free to call me.

If this is a data repair fix, why in the world would I need to pay for it.  I appreciate the offer but this is something SAGE needs to address.

But it is not happening to everyone.  In fact you are only the 2nd person that has had this issue that I have seen or heard of in 2 years.  I believe there is something in your data that is causing this to happen.
