First I would like to thank you for your support. In 2018 we bought Sage 2018 Premium (US)  five users and we installed it on 7 sites for our company and I after sometime Some of the computers infected by virus and we format and install fresh operating systems then the problem starts here; after we install sage 50 2018 we couldn't activate it online. It gave us a message There was a problem activating.  Please call customer service at 1-866-747-388 then I tried to activate it manually and send the file but they said  Sorry! There appears to have been a problem with activating your Sage 50 U.S. Accounting product. Please call Support. If you have a solution please let us know.
