Ever since upgrading to the latest version of Sage we are unable to use the automatic backups (error attached)
I've submitted a support request and was told to post here. this is going on several weeks and would like to get it resolved. any help? thanks!

Sorry about that, saw "DataAccess" in the screenshot so thought it was related. Did find KB 11991
on the Error: "Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue."
It states the cause as "Damaged .Net Framework" and recommends removing / re-installing that Microsoft component. There's a related resource on the KB for How to completely uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework.
