On Sunday, April 11, 2021 starting at 8 AM EST, Paya will be performing scheduled maintenance.
Maintenance will take approximately 1 hour to complete. During this time, the Payment Center is expected to be down as well as the ability to create invoices with the Pay Now option, but all other Sage 50cloud services will be available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
After the update is complete on April 11, access to your Paya account through your Sage 50 software will change. You don't have to do anything. You also won't lose any existing functionality, like Pay Now links in invoices. The only thing that will change is how you access your Paya account.
