Hello,

I am getting this error when creating a RMA for all items.  "Item (X) is inactive for the return warehouse (warehouse)".  Clicking OK on the dialog box allows me to continue the RMA and I can also process the Customer Return without issue.  All items are available for return.

Is anyone else getting this and is there a way to fix this erroneous error?  On version 2019 SP 3.
