Terminal Server - extraneous files cause slow printing

Hello:

A good number of our Sage MAS (ver 7.60.5.0) users connect via a Terminal Server (running Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard) and often we get complaints about slow printing.

We have discovered that our users' Sage Appdata folders (AppData => Roaming => Sage Software => Sage MAS 500) on the Terminal Servers are filled with extraneous files and folders not found on computers connecting directly to MAS. Usually these are in the form of session files (Session520.txt, Session521.txt, etc) with some xml files sprinkled in, as well as temporary folders that contain no files. The session files are time-stamped as far back as a couple of years in some cases and I have some users' folders that have had well over 200 of these session files.

We have found by clearing out all these extra files, MAS printing speed is increased greatly. It's as if MAS parses all these files before printing.

It seems that MAS should clear out these files automatically but cannot on the terminal servers for some reason. Users have full permissions on their folders so I'm wondering if there is an account that MAS runs under on the terminal servers that could be granted permission to delete these files when necessary?

Thanks much!
