  • Upgrading from 2016 to 2021 SAGE 500

    We noticed there are additional security events in the 2021 version (such as view tax id in plain text). Are all the events documented somewhere?

  • End of Life for Sage500 2016 version

    Has Sage announced when this version will be retired yet? We cannot upgrade to 2018 due to some 3rd party compatibility issues and have already tested an upgrade to 2016, but need to know how long it will be viable.

  • Can you change the reports that run when closing a module?

    We recently upgraded from 7.4 to 2014. In 7.4 when we ran the AP Aging report it ran the Invoice Summary. In 2014 it runs the Vendor Summary. Is there a place to change this?
