We have done this twice, I would warn you, do not use the CD training courses, they are horrible and you do not get the answers you need.
If you do a search for training in your area and have someone come in, that is your best option.
we had an instructor come in and actually had individual laptops that participants could use.
It was great interaction and everyone really got the best support out of the course.

Another point, make sure whoever goes to training stays active within Crystal.
It is not something you can not go back to after a few months and jump right back into.
