Changing Vendor on an Issued PO

Hi All! Is there a way to change a vendor on an issued PO?

This sounds really easy, but it can be complicated, especially if you utilize some of the various costing issues that the PO pricing may be based upon. There can be other issues too, which is why we have chosen not to support that option in the past.
