Sage 500

HI

connection to Sage500, via API, but I have been told the client needs give approval to  Sage for us to work on it? What is the correct procedure for this and is there an access form, that the client fills out for us to get access/ approval?

Thanks

I'm not sure what you are asking for?  Are you sure it is Sage 500 your customer is using and not some other Sage product such as Sage 50?  Sage 500 is an on premise system that has a SQL Server database and a hybrid .NET/VB 6 client.  It's APIs reside within the database itself. There are no RESTful or SOAP APIs for it that were developed by Sage. I'm also not aware of any permissions needed to be granted by Sage to build an integration to Sage 500 using the existing SQL APIs.
