Announcing Sage 500 ERP 2023.0 Product Release

We are pleased to announce the release of Sage 500 ERP 2023.0! 

What's New 

The 2023.0 release is designed to make your time in Sage 500 more user friendly, efficient, and secure. Many of these enhancements are directly inspired by customer and partner feedback. Upgrade today to gain more insights into your day-to-day operations, make better decisions, and improve profitability. 

  • Ability to display audit trail  
  • Ability to have the Control number and Item number sync in numerical order on the Reconciliation Report in Process Physical Inventory  
  • Database Upgrade Utility Detail Report of Open Batches  
  • Document Transmittal log to include all contacts who were sent email  
  • Extended DataPorter functionality to the 1099 tab at Maintain Vendors  
  • Continued maintenance of work/defect resolutions 
  • And more!

Sage currently uses Visual Basic 6.0. (Runtime) and Visual Basic 6.0. Integrated Development Environment (IDE). We remain closely aligned with Microsoft and its management of compatibility with VB6 to ensure compatibility and performance of our Sage 500 product. We have the utmost confidence in our ability to support the Sage 500 product under its current usage of VB6 while planning, prioritizing, and provisioning migration to the latest IDE and Runtime platforms.

Important: If you use third-party products that integrate with Sage 500 ERP, check with the vendor of your third-party product to ensure their product is fully compatible with this release. If you connect with other Sage products, check with your business partner or Sage to ensure that these components are compatible.
