Sage 500 leans on native Windows Print Spooler so there's no specific recommendation unique to 500. We typically recommend printers with a well-established print driver, such as any of the recent HP Laser Jet series.

Just curious, are the HP Office Jet series not recommended for Sage 500? We are currently testing HP OfficeJet 8710 and we cannot print. We connect via Citrix. Citrix picks up the printer. We select print within the application. It appears in the print queue and goes away as if the job completed. But we do not get the printout in the printer.
