Is there a report, BIE, BIA, SEI that can show profit less commission and payment terms discount ?

Not exactly sure what you are asking but you can get Item profitability straight from AR Invoice Lines. It has Ext Amt, trade discount and the item cost.

That said we built our own Customer Fully Loaded gross profit which takes into account shipping, commissions, terms discounts, royalties, etc.

You can add a column within the AR Invoice Lines Explore using the following syntax: [ExtAmt]/*Ext Amount*/-([UnitCost]/*Unit Cost*/*[QtyShipped]/*Quantity*/)-[TradeDiscAmt]/*Trade Disc*/-[CalcCommAmt]/*Calc Commission*/
