All users are unable to process checks - same error returned "Cash Account Locked by Another User" - how do we reset? unlock? figure out which user?

Sage 500 Knowledge Base has an article #31195 that will walk thru a resolution to this issue.

Thank you! Fortunately it was easier than that - it reset itself after I rebooted. When in doubt, restart!
