When I go to process 1099 Aatrix starts and then the application just closes back to sage with no error messages or anything.
I think the most typical reason something like this occurs is because you haven't applied the current 1099 updates to Sage 500 and Aatrix. There are database and client portions of the updates and they all need to be applied. You also need to be on supported versions of the software:

If you are encountering this problem after applying the updates, try restarting the client. There could be a component that couldn't be updated properly, or a pending Windows update.
