Aatrix 1099 Auto Update Error TY2022

We installed SAGE 500 2019 update 7 and Sage 500 2019 TY2022 1099 updates.  When I try to auto update Aatrix Client Files in the 1099 Forms Service I get this error

Error extracting file C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Software\Sage MAS 500 Client\Aatrix\AESCRYPTO.DLL.

What do i need to do to fix this and run the 1099s.

Also our accountant that ran the previous years 1099s retired.  We are using her computer to run the 1099s.

This is an Aatrix process that is running outside of Sage 500 ERP.  My first suggestion is to close down all Sage 500 ERP apps on the machine and reboot.  Then try it again.  Let me know if you have already tried this or if doing this cleared things up.

Thank you the suggestions.  I finally went straight to Aatrix support.  They sent this...

If you are receiving an error trying to perform an Automatic Update for Aatrix Software, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Take note of the location of the file in the error message. That is the location that you can navigate to in Windows File Explorer to complete the next steps.

    2. Once you are in the Program Files location, you will see an ERRORREPORT application. (It may also appear as ERRORREPORT.EXE). Open that application.

    3. The application will have only 1 option available to use, which will be to "Fix Update". Click that button.

    4. You will see a message that states, "Reloading as admin. Please select Fix update again once reloaded". Click OK.

    5. You may get a UAC (User Account Control) prompt either asking for you to select Yes, or it will ask for Administrator credentials for the computer. You may need your IT staff to help with this step.

    6. The updater will then open and you can run it as normal. Once the update is complete, you are good to resume filing forms.

If you receive the same error message when running the update with the ErrorReport file, then try deleting the file referenced in the error, and then run the ErrorReport again. Sage may have to be closed before you can delete that file.
