New company setup

Can someone point me in the direction to set up another company within Sage 500? We will be adding another company on and I want to keep them completely separate from one another. Therefore I will need to setup a whole new company / entity for AP, AR, SO, etc. Thanks much.

Under the System Manager menu there is an option for Maintain Companies. That should do it.

Also keep in mind that virtually all entities are separate in the new company, including CI data (reason codes, non-inventory items, etc.), inventory items, warehouses, GL accounts etc. So an item in company A named "Item 236" will be different from "Item 236" in company B.
