Sage CRM 7.2 patch E hotfix 3 integration piece available

Sage CRM 7.2 patch E for Sage 300 ERP 2014 PU2, 2014 & 2012 PU4 is now available.

To download, login to your portal account on support.na.sage.com and search for 'Sage CRM hotfix 3 for Sage 300'.

Or, from the support.na.sage.com homepage, select Sage 300 ERP from the left navigation, then click 'Sage 300 ERP downloads and updates' under Support Resources at the bottom of the page, and finally click on 'Sage CRM for Sage 300 ERP Service Packs'. You can find this download under the Related Resources.

I downloaded the CRM 7.2 patch E and the title on the web page where I downloaded it said:

'Sage CRM 7.2 patch E (hotfix3.exe)' but what actually downloaded was patch E hotfix2.exe

Also

Is there a PU2 for Sage 300 2014? If so where is it?

There will be a Sage 300 ERP 2014 PU2. Stay tuned on Sage City as to when it will be released

Dana, did you go to this article in our knowledge base: KB 43554" Download Sage CRM 7.2 patch E hotfix 3 for Sage 300 ERP 2014 PU2 or 2012 PU4" That should contain the correct file for the CRM hotfix

They must have updated the link because now it is hotfix 3.

Also, nice that it applies to 2014 PU2 but don't install it yet. We are still working on PU2.
