Sage crm 2019 R1 integration to sage 300 2020 Pu2

Question

Hi has anyone experienced the following issue when creating a quote/order for sage 300 in crm opportunities. the following error is received: 
 An unexpected problem has occurred. Please try again or contact your administrator for assistance 
 All other integration works fine 
 Sage CRM 2019 R1 
 Sage 300 2020 PU2

Hi Quintin.Rogers, First thing I see here is that the versions are not compatible. When working with the WEB Screens in Sage 300 and CRM integrated. I would suggest that you keep to a very strict compatibility. Here is the link for the compatibility chart -> https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=88873&sliceId=1 You need at least CRM 2019 R2, and not R2, with a KB integration KB104415. We have had multiple times where the issues are version related, so please look at that. I would also look at the about button on Sage CRM integration menu (Administration -> Sage 300 ERP integration) to see the version of the integration. That is very important as well.
