Custom Reports Not Opening Sometimes

A client running 2012 with PU 3 installed is reporting an issue whereby remote users (terminal services) click on the report icon deployed on the 300 desktop for all users and sometimes the report will not open. They see in the lower left corner of the 300 desktop  (Opening "report name here" object) however the report doesn't open. This isn't consistent however because the same user could have ran the same report 4 times without the issue or it could happen the first time they run the report.  Users  who do not use terminal services to run 300 never experience this issue.

Any ideas?

Have you tried HF28700 - Memory leak on a4wcontianerxp.exe

Steve - Yep  I  put it in.  It's a weird one.  This same client has two other weird things that happen as well. Every once in awhile the first tax authority will disappear from the order, then shipment and then invoice but the tax group is still there and so are authorities 2 - 4 and the amounts are there just not the authority id and periodically the complete system will freeze during some posting process in AP or GL and no one can do anything within Accpac, including login.

That does sound strange - any 3rd party products?

There is another hot fix that came out after PU3 - HF28880 - not sure if it would help

I had a customer call me last Friday and and say their long used Accpac progam had frozen up when someone was just closing the Location Details UI - they are also using terminal server (all users) - I asked if there had been any work done on their server and they said that their IT person had put in some Windows updates and also updates to their virus software that morning - after restarting their data server & TS server all was well - at least I haven't heard anything from them since Friday

They have Audit Logger and have since 2010, two Tairox utilities for deleting quotes and closing zero line PO receipts and eImagePak which they don't use.

I'm going there this afternoon to be "support" to their internal IT group.
