I have a client that was using version 5.6 and now upgrading to the latest version of Sage, Printboss was set up years ago and has worked for year using umlaut/accents for the French/German characters for the file names, eg was sending invoices that were called INV123_ABC123_März_2022.pdf and now since upgrading to version 2022 it is showing INV123_ABC123_M%%z_2022.pdf   any special/accented characters are replaced by %%

Note there was a server change too for the upgrade so we haven't upgraded on the machine that was working so something on the server may need to be changed but what?.

We know we came across this years ago but neither of us can remember what we did to make it work, going through records from 2010-2012 we can't find the elusive fix.

Any ideas?
Is this an issue with a newer Crystal runtime or is there something else that we need to copy in / configure.
