Sage 300 standard reports won't export on one w/s only

Customer has a new Win7 laptop and their IT folks installed the Sage 300 client 'as usual'.  

Users normally preview reports then prints or sends to PDF if a copy is needed.  When they choose 'export' option from the preview, instead of getting the window that prompts for the type of export, Windows Explorer gets launched and the report tries to save as a Crystal Report (.rpt).  It happens on all Sage300 reports, regardless of the user who logged into Sage 300 on the new workstation only.  These are standard Sage 300 reports.

This is v2012 PU1, and no other changes have been made.  No error messages.

Haven't seen this one before - what's the best fix, please?
