Lot Quantity reserved for order

I am using sage 300 IC 6.0a PU 2 ,

I have one item which shows lot qty reserved in an order, I have looked into OE Backorder for the item , but I couldn't find any.

I need to clear this lot qty reserved as it show available in Lot reports but physically not, and cannot reconcile ( ship) it as it does not appear in the IC reconciliation.

Please advise\

Go to IC Location details and select the item, then drill down on Quantity Committed or Quantity on S/O.

Run DIC for IC with fix errors turned on.

Weird, Both QTY on S/O and Committed are Zero!!!

To determine the orders that have the lots reserved, print the I/C Serial/Lot Stock Listing Report. Select to Print: Lot Numbers and the Report Type to "Reserved Stock".
