Closing Sales Orders

Question

How do you "close" a Sales Order that may have been partially shipped, a back order created, and you decide not to ship any more on it? 
 I can see you could edit the order details to change the order quantity to zero, and the back order quantity to zero, but is there a way to close the entire order rather than edit each line remaining open?

You need to edit each line unfortunately. All you need to do is set the B/O to zero and then Completed to Yes on the detail lines, then post the order. 
 This can be done with a macro.
