Open DB setup. Log in. Choose the system database of the company you're interested in. Click on Edit and then Propagate. That might do it. Failing that try regacc. Are you running Sage as an administrator?

1. ADMIN doesn't need Security groups.

What is PU?
OMG. Product Update.
Sage 300 2021.2.0
OK, but you said earlier it was Sage 300 2018. The latest PU for 2021 is 4, start by installing that.
