SAGE 300 2022 BI REPORT DESIGNER ADD-IN TOOLKIT NOT SHOWING

I am having difficulty after upgrading SAGE 300C to 2022 version running any Designer reports, as the Toolkit add-in is no longer appearing in Excel.  The client is using Office 365.

I tried the same directly on the server with Office 2019 and the BI Designer toolkit is available and the reports are all working fine.

I made sure that the Excel & COM Add-in are available on the workstations where we are trying to run the reports, but the Designer toolkit is not showing.

    Hi 

    Thanks for the reply, we found out that SAGE 300 is looking at the 32bit Excel file for the Intelligence add-in, and running Office 365 as 64bit will stop the designer toolkit add-in not to appear.

    We made a copy of the 32 bit folder in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BIExcelFunctions1.1 and there after replaced the files from the 64bit folder into the 32 bit folder.  That solved the issue.
