Sage 300 Intelligence Cloud Error You Are not Authorized

Hi,

I'm using Sage 300 2018 PU 2, when running Sage Intelligence Cloud got this error You Are Not Authorized to view this page. I have given admin and a user with Financial Report and WEB Api access through the sage desktop. But still having this error. Any advise? Thanks

    For the ADMIN user, have you enabled access in the web.config files? In the ...\Online\Web and ...\Online\WebApi folders you will find the web.config files that have an element that must be set to true to allow the ADMIN user access to the Web Apis. Re-start IIS once this element is set to true (AllowWebApiAccessForAdmin) For Non-Admin users, there is a security group in each module that needs to be activeated (SIRC only uses the CS and GL endpoints thus these must be enabled for the user accessing SIRC).

    Also, there is a known Chrome browser issue where Windows Authentication in IIS must be disabled. Go to IIS, Navigate to Sites --> Default Web Site --> Sage300WebApi, click on Authentication and set Windows Authentication to false if it is true. Re-start IIS.

    I tried the steps given by you still the error is not resolved.
