[Sage 300] I cannot add optional fields.

Question

Hello Team, I cannot add the optional field for A/R Documents. Previously, I used the button Create New Example: 
 
 But in Sage 300 2022 the button is absent. Example: 
 
 Could you clarify on how to add the button 'Create New' optional field?

In your original post, the first example is using the "Create New" button from Common Services > Optional Fields. The second example is from AR Optional Fields. You don't create the field in AR. It has always been created in Common Services first and then you add it to the subledger to be used in the subledger.
