Rather vague question but what about using "Location Details" in Items and Pricelists???

There is no relationship between locations and price lists except for the item number.  In other words, price lists don't have locations.

Terry just means look in "Location Details" which is a module in the folder "I/C Items and PriceLists".  or the user could open ItemInquiry but assume HC2019 was more asking for reporting help?

You're right, I misread the question.  HC2019 needs to get basic training.

Actually, we know about Location Details and we also have OPS inquiry. We were wondering if we have one place where we select the location and it will give us the quantity with all the transactions related to it including PO, receiving, etc. For example, I want to inquire about location BB1, the ERP should give me quantity 100, but have the drill down to allow you to see where this total comes from (PO, adjustment, etc.)

Transaction history give us all the transactions, but doesn't summarize it to give you only YTD quantity.

We work with 2 other ERP, and they have that instead of going to Location Details, OPS or Transaction history to get the drill down. We enter a location and it will give us the YTD quantity and we can drill down on it.

ok, but that's not what you asked at all.  based on what you are saying I would recommend using Transaction History Inquiry from I/C Statistics and Inquiries section.  But honestly, i can't figure our what you are trying to accomplish.  Are you asking about history for a single item or all the items from a given location?

Are you just wanting to export your current inventory summary from a given location?  if so, then you can either Export from IC Locations or just make a simple Crystal Report to do it quicker.
