Does anyone have experience using the Direct Cost feature in Job Cost?

We are looking at starting to use the Direct Cost feature under the Job Cost module in Sage 300. It's new to me and I would appreciate any feedback on it's use or any issues that could potential happen when setting using it.

    We use the Enter Direct Costs feature in JC to enter our profit sharing accruals and subs liability accruals. 

    I find it very easy to use.

    Just make sure you have posted all JC for the period you are working in prior to running any reports needed & entering any direct JC entries.

    We run a JC>Entries>Entries by Batch report to make sure we are posting the correct items needed & that they have the correct accounting date.

    Hope this little bit of information helps.
