Sage 300 2020 Order Entry Modules Lock Up

Hello Everyone,

For a number of years we have suffered this problem where all Order Entry modules lock up and every user is met with this loading bar. 

But for other users who are using modules outside of order entry they have no problems. 

We recently upgraded the ram on the SQL database to 32GB hoping it would help the issue but it still continues. 

All servers in our network typically sit around the 20%-30% usage range so they are nice and healthy. 

I'm at a loss on what could be causing the issue and how to fix it.

    The problem is still occurring.

    Lucky this time around there was only a handful of users in the system at the time.

    I noticed one user was trying to post an order through order entry and their screen was not responding. So I closed the process and everything came good instantly.

    We opened the order again straight away and posted it no problems. only a 3 line order.

    Question now is why would an order entry screen freeze up like that when posting an order and effect everyone else.

    We also double checked the anti-virus as suggested by Django and everything is good on that end.
