Find reconciliation difference

Everyday I download the bank transactions from our bank website into an Excel spreadsheet which is formulated so that the total amount that's on the bank reconciliation in sage matches the bank worksheet with every transaction checked off in sage. Today for some reason there was a difference of $480 and I'm trying to figure out what's the simplest and most time effective way to figure out where the difference is coming from.

I possibly clicked a transaction that I didn't need to but the only way I know how to double check is by wiping the reconciling on both the spreadsheet and in sage and starting from zero which would take me roughly an hour.

is there a way that I could possibly download the reconciliation from sage 300 into another Excel spreadsheet and compare the two as opposed to me starting from scratch?
