Ok so I'm new to my position. Just learning sage 300. We have Sage300 from 2020 at work. It's not CRE so I'm pretty sure it's the cloud version. It doesn't say cloud or explorer or anything like that on it. But anyways! I work for a trucking company sort of and doing the bank rec for the month it's out by quite a lot it says my GL balance is alot higher than my book balance.. but that amount is just about identical to my payroll amount. I had 3 payrolls this month. They ended up being done incorrectly and the bank entries had to be reverse so I could take them out of the correct clearing account. We got paid October 1st but the money came out of the bank on Sept 28th. So bank entry needs to be done for sep 28th... which it is. But the payroll transactions are posted for the 1st which is what I think is throwing my rec out... any suggestions on how to fix it? I tried making the bank entry for the 1st and prov. Posted it (to see how it'd affect things) and it didn't show any difference.
