Inventory code that starts with a zero

Hello,

Our inventory code starts with a zero. However, when we enter the code in Sage300, the zero disappears. Is there a work around it?

Zeroes are definitely allowed to start item numbers, so what "inventory code" are you taking about?

I tried to import the inventory code and the zero just disappears....Thakns!

Are you using Excel? It truncates leading zeroes if the cell is not a text string with an apostrophe in front.
