csv file uploads in reverse order

Hi - We just updated to Sage 300 2020 from 2014 and use CSV files for exporting and importing sales orders between Sage and our warehouse Access db.  For some reason, some of the shipped quantities brought back into Sage come in with quantities in reverse order. Initial data seems to be related to EDI orders imported into Sage and then passed along to Access database, then back to Sage.  Manually entered orders seem to keep quantities shipped in the correct line item sequence.

Ex: Line #1 Item #123 Order Qty 2EA,

Line #2 Item #456 Order Qty 4EA

When it returns to Shipment Entry from Access database, Line #1 says 4EA shipped and Line #2 says 2EA shipped.  Has anyone ever seen this before?  If we manually enter an order for an EDI customer it works, but if imported & exported in our usual manner, they come back reversed.  Since manually entered orders work, don't think the problem is with the interface program between Sage and Access db. Any ideas?

P.S. used 2 line items for simplicity in the example. Sales orders with 4 & 5 line items come back with quantities in exact reverse order as what is on the sales order.   Thx!
