Customer with Sage 300 2019 and Payroll 7.3A receives message that a valid license could not be found when opening payroll screen.
I verified all the 66A and Payroll 73A licensing is in place on the Sage 300 share. Open license manager and see licensing for 6.7A with no payroll 7.3A or payroll eft.
Also there is an Entitlements.xml file that appears modified early this morning and contains 6.7A licensing.
Why were the licenses changed and how?
