We have a client with the same symptoms, WS Setup v2022 PU2-server is OK, all workstations cannot open any of the Change Products-Vendor, Account and Customer? Have re-installed and run REGACC and run exe as administrator-No change-Logged in as ADMIN and any user with Full Permissions.

This is still not resolved. Waiting on their IT department to check their antivirus program. I had another client with the same issue and their AV had quarantined some of the files from the number changer modules. I'm more than 50% confident it is the same issue here..
