Open transactions not showing in AR aging report

Hello,

We are finding that we have some customers with open invoices that are not showing in the AR aging report.

Has anyone encountered this scenario? Ty.

Are the invoices posted yet?

Does the customer have a zero balance?

The invoices are posted. They show in the customer transactions listing. And no, they do not have a zero balance.
