How does Sage 300 handle the CPP 3500 exemption

I am working with someone that is new to Sage 300, but not new to Payroll.  They have payroll setup, and we are trying to match the calculations from the other system (Sage 50) to Sage 300.

We have entered all of the employees, and also entered their pay history as a lump sum as of the last pay period end date.

The calculate payroll for the period we are trying to match, is off on the CPP deduction for the employee.  In 300 the CPP deducted is higher compared to Sage 50.  When we look at it , in Sage 300 , the CPP is based on 5.25 % of their gross earnings.  In Sage 50 for the same pay period, CPP is calculated based on 5.25 %on the gross pay, minus (3500/26).

Any one have any suggestions?
