Open Bank Services / Banks and load the bank you're using.  Click on the Check Stock tab and locate the Check Stock Code you're using in the grid.  Scroll over to Advice Lines per Page.  This is typically set to 16 or so depending on your check stock.  
The issue is when this number is out-of-synch with the number of actual detail lines that print on your check form.
