How to edit G/L trial balance report?

May I know how to edit trial balance report in database? Because the amount in trial balance is not tally with the G/L transaction. May I know how to open the GLTRLA dll file and how to add dll to crystal report? Thanks.

You can't change it, it's a program.

Have you tried running data integrity? Your trial balance should tie into the GL otherwise the issue isn't the report, it's your data.
Is the profit wrong? if so, look at the setup of your accounts.
