A/R Customers - Error occurred when opening view YP0406

Question

Since I upgrade my Sage 300 to 2021 version, I am getting this error on my computer only. I have downloaded and installed 2021 on other 5 computers, but my computer is the only one that runs into this error when opening the A/R customers module, no other error on other modules. I tried to find solution on Sage KB, but couldn&rsquo;t find anything there. 
 When I try to open the A/R Customers module (Customers), I get the following error message: 
 Error occurred when opening view YP0406. 
 View "YP0406 is not a valid View ID. 
 Error occurred when activating Sage 300 Data Source. 
 Any help would be appreciated.

Then it's not properly installed. Do it again.

Hi Jay, 
 Thanks for your quick response. I did install payment processing module YP68A, it is showing installed on my computer as well as on others, but it's only on my computer not working.
