Announcing Sage 300 2021

NOTE: This release announcement applies to Sage 300 for the North America region.

  • Ability to accept payments through online providers (Available with a Sage 300cloud subscription)

  • Withholding taxes for sales (AR)
  • Use longer numbers for checks and deposit slips
  • Specify customer account sets in O/E templates
  • Sage 300cloud web screens improvements, including a Text Size control

Important information

In accordance with our support policy, Sage is supporting Sage 300 2021, 2020, and 2019. With the release of Sage 300 2021, we no longer provide support for Sage 300 2018 or earlier versions. If you use a version that is no longer supported, we encourage you to contact your business partner or consultant to upgrade to a supported version of the software.

How to upgrade

Sage 300 2021 is now available to download from the Sage Knowledgebase. To upgrade, please contact your Sage business partner.

Sage CRM integration

If you use Sage CRM integrated with Sage 300, you must install a new integration after you upgrade to Sage 300 2021.0. The Sage CRM integration component is included in the download file for version 2021.

Sage CRM 2020 R2 is also now available to download from the Sage Knowledgebase. To upgrade, please contact your Sage business partner.
